DIY Mini Chacuterie Board Gift bag

Hi Nerds,

Every year I put together a few "themed" gift baskets for friends and family.  This year will be different and I'll be dropping gifts off at doorsteps.  A couple years ago I shared my DIY Movie Night Snack Gift Basket.  If you're stuck for coming up with a present, and you're coming down to the wire (and maybe you're back in lock down status), then I have an idea for you!  you pretty much will only need the grocery store and the dollar store or Walmart. Let's go!

This year I came up with a Chacuterie gift basket (minus the meat and cheese), that was inspired by a wood paddle/serving board from Dollarama.  This brings me to side story: There's a Facebook group dedicated to "Dollarama Hauls and Finds" that I'm part of.  I first saw the board on that group and then finally found the boards at Dollarama.

As I mentioned above, my gift basket does not have perishable items.  Here's an itemized list of the items, price, and place of purchase

Serving Board ($4 @ Dollarama)

Small decorative bowl ($0.67 @ Dollarama) with spoon ($1.50 @ Walmart).  The bowls came in a pack of 6 for $4, and the spoons were in sets of 2 for $3.  I used ribbon to tie a spoon to a bowl.

Paper plates and food picks ($1 each @ Dollarama)

Olives ($4 @ Walmart)
Mixed Nuts ($5 @ Walmart)
Crackers ($2 @ FreshCo)

Chocolate Mints ($1 @ Dollarama)
Chocolate Truffles ($1 @ Dollarama)

Gift bag ($1 @ Dollarama)

This gift will come in around $25.  Whomever you give it to just had to add some prosciutto and Asiago!
